Vephar rules waters and is known to guide ships. She also causes storms at sea. In an initiation context, Zepar is a ‘Leviathanic’ spirit, that is, of the subconscious and of water. Zepar can gather and supply servants who go out into the gnosis of dreams and reveal the long-buried secrets. She controls the sea, can cause storms, or calm seas.
